Business Visa application requirements:
1. Invitation letter will be issued on line to all registered participants (delegates, exhibitors, speakers, VIP speakers, media) for LNG 16 starting from January 2010 (once you have registered for the event please re-visit the event’s website www.lng16.org after this time to obtain your invitation letter)
2. Two application forms fully completed and signed by the applicant.
3. Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least one free blank visa-designated page
4. Two recent passport-type photographs (to be attached to each application)
5. Introductory letter from your employer confirming:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Name and address of party being visited in Algeria
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
- This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
All the above documents have to be taken to the Algerian embassy for the visa to be issued. The visa is issued within 10 working days (but this does depend upon nationality).
Processing of an application may be delayed, if prior agreement by Algerian authorities in Algiers is required. Furthermore, the Embassy reserves the right to request additional documentation from any applicant. It is not the responsibility of the Embassy if there is any delay in the processing of the visa application.
Notes: Visa regulations are liable to change at short notice. Prospective visitors are advised to contact the nearest Algerian Consular section or Embassy to ensure the list of documents required has not changed.
Visa Validity
The business visa is issued and valid for the specific dates as requested on your application form. The Embassy of Algeria advises applicants to make their travel arrangements based on that date of entry - applicants should not arrive in Algeria before that date or exit after the exit date shown.
FEES
Embassy Fees may vary and are subject to changes.
